In my opinion, Geneva Hoskins-Dorsey is as rude, mean, nasty, and rotten as they come. I also consider her to be nuttier than a fruitcake.
She called my home/business phone number as I was on an important call with a REAL customer, and immediately started screaming at me, accusing me of chastising her for...get this...typing her name in all caps on an auto transport quote request form. When I told her that she had me mistaken for someone else and that I couldn't talk to her at the moment as I was busy on the other line, she proceeded to blow up my phone after I politely terminated the initial phone call. What kind of a sane, rational person does something like this?
She then sent me the following THREATENING email THREE times!
"THE GUY YOU HAVE ANSWERING THIS NUMBER IS RUDE AS HELL!! HE WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH ME USING CAPITOL LETTERS THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HANDLE BUSINESS AND DIDN'T EVEN GIVE A QUOTE. TO TOP IT OFF HE JUST CALLED ME BACK FROM AN UNLISTED NUMBER AND CURSED ME OUT!! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND DOES THAT?? I WILL BE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEED BACK ON EVERY SITE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND THAT GUY. HE IS BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST MINE!!AND YOU HE BETTER NOT CALL ME BACK!! THAT IS HARASSMENT!!"
I'm sure that there is a nice, cozy, padded cell waiting for her in some nearby mental health crisis unit or hospital. This woman is obviously bat**** crazy. I would advise any and every small business owner to BOLO for "Crazy Geneva Hoskins-Dorsey" of Olympia, WA.
