Complaint Review: Geneva Roth-GRC Funding

I received a deposit of 200.00 in my account on Jan. 2. I have since paid over 420 for this. I never received a letter in the mail stating how much the loan would cost me or how many payments I'd be making. Every other week these people are taking 60.00 out of my account and I have no way of contacting them and I'm mad as hell. I have every date that I've made a payment to them and I know I have paid this off in full.
