Genie Optical and its representative John Marsh scammed my husband and I out of $496. We went in and took what we thought were eye exams and made a frame selection.  We paid $150 and were to pick up the glasses on the following week.  We went in to get them only to find out that they weren't ready for pickup. During this time we paid the additional$346.  We were then told to wait about two weeks, we did that and we I went by the office to pick up the glasses I found that they had moved with no forwarding address.  I finally spoke with Mr. Marsh only to recieve another empty promise.  I was told thatthey had to relocte and that he would meet me later that day to pick up the glasses.... He never showed.   I recieved in the mail about 3 weeks later that said within the next 30 days we would recieve our money back or the glasses.  As of today we still have not recieved the money or the glasses.
