Did you enter a contest where there was a laptop as a prize? If not, why did you think you legitimately won a laptop? If you "win" a prize, did you think it was odd you'd need to PAY FOR ANYTHING to receive said prize? Let me guess...you're a part of the current generation and you have zero financial common sense!
