I originally placed an order for a 15 cans of this diet shake called SLIM EASY on 11/25. I was to receive 7 days of Atkins bars. Over a week went by and I never received anything. I tried to call them. I called for several days and didn't get a response -- only a recording that said, they are trying to locate my party. I finally gave up and decided I was out the $4.99.

Well, what to my surprise on Jan 15, I have a charge for $88.97 on my credit card! After many attempts to reach these people by phone, the end result was the $88.97 was for a membership and with this membership, I was supposed to have received two more cans of this diet drink. $88.97 for two cans??? I never received the 15 original cans!

They finally told me they would cancel the membership, but would not refund the money and if I wanted a refund, I should contact my credit card company. I had to cancel my credit card -- wait two weeks for a replacement card. INTERESTING NOTE -- I receive 3-4 e-mails from this company a day for the same product -- 15 cans of the diet shake for only $4.99!

There is no place that says you are signing up for a membership at $88.97 -- if there had been, I would have immediately hit the back button. I always read the fine print and there was no "fine print" of any membership or any $88.97 recurring charge! RUN...hit the back button -- do not spend your money with these people -- you will receive NOTHING!
