Hi went to Gentle Dental of Santa Barbara about 1 year ago for a cavity that I was aware of, I thought that by being a simple procedure I did not need a particularly qualified dentist.

The tooth that needed the procedure was in the back of my mouth, not easy reachable, however I felt that I was rushed through this procedure like the dentist was in a hurry or something, and I felt that the dentist was drilling very aggressively not caring to drill
the cavity but hitting the nearby tooth constantly,

It took probably 5 minutes to drill my cavity and put filling in it, for which I co-payed about $300 after my insurance paid more.

After Gentle Dental in Santa Barbara did this procedure I felt that I always had food stuck in that tooth and by flossing I could feel an irregular unevenness on the tooth behind the repaired tooth.

Recently I had access to a very good and expansive dentist
in Beverly Hills and he showed me with Xray that the tooth
near the cavity was damaged and had a big hole in it,

Because food got stuck all the time, another cavity was forming and I had to have the once healthy tooth repaired for a much higher amount of the original Gentle Dental Procedure.

I highly recommend anyone NOT to go to Gentle Dental in Santa Barbara for any of your dental needs. Gentle Dental in Santa Barbara do not repain teeth, they ruin good ones!

avoid this dental facility, avoid Gentle Dental in Santa Barbara!
