This store and the chain was rated #1 in customer service and satisfaction in the delaware valley for more than six years. We are now being shopped by gestapo shoppers. i have always tried to treat every customer with respect, but i have been told that because i was waiting on someone else and said i would be with you in a moment i didn't greet properly and was written up for by Mr. Timothy Y. Mcgraff or Mcgruff as we cal him. he has no sense of realism and only wants to ride our backs to a promotion. Safeway is everything i have read about and more. I have most of my business college credits from Cornell University. Either the management all graduated from Berkly in the sixties or they led a very sheltered life in northern canada. Where are thier morals in thier back pockets? I hope everyone in Doylestown reads this and gets a union fast and learns to fight the machine and stand up for your rights before you become slave to the safeway giants. this threat is real. Have you heard about all the terrorism going on around the world? Well just talk to other Genuardis employees. Remember the threat is real!

Your complaint might have seemed more credible had you not made the claim that you had attended Cornell University, yet written a letter using poor grammar, worse spelling and lacking capital letters in appropriate places.

Also, relating Safeway's takeover of Genuardi's to terrorism seems just a BIT over the top and smacks of some really poor reasoning!

Do you really feel that threatened?
Why don't you just say you'd like to have union representation because you want someone to protect you from the consequences of your own substandard performance?
