Complaint Review: genuine grace salon

I contacted Miranda upon reading many positive reviews. I had a terrible time trying to find the salon, Miranda said the salon name was Genuine Grace and I drove up and down the street and could not locate it. I called her and she then told me the name is Luxe Salon. Not a good start. 

 I explained to her exactly what I wanted done with my hair and the color. Needless to say when she was done, the color on my hair was horrible. I asked for a dirty blonde color and my hair looked purple. I was so upset because I even brought a picture. She did not offer to fix it which was so disappointing.

I was very specific on my haircut that I did not want layers and she put layers on my hair. I am terribly disgusted with the service. During the time I was there all she did was talk about her kids non-stop. I coulnd't wait to get out of there.

She charged me $187.00 and offered no discount for the mistakes she made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON, SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. Don't make the mistake that I did and go to her, you will waste your time and your money.
