Genuine Parts Group INC Subarupartsdeal.com Sent a different part than that which is listed on their website. Then wants you to tell lies on yourself that you no longer need the part, force you to pay return shipping, restocking fee and after all that may not reimburse your money. I ordered a subaru in tank filter based on specifications and diagrams posted on their website, found that it would work on my car. I placed my order, it was shipped promptly and well packaged however the problem started when I realised that the filter I received had attachments for 3 fuel lines while the diagram on their website clearly showed 2.

I emailed them and they sent a shipping label that stated " I no longer needed the part" instead of stating that the wrong part was shipped. In addition to that stated that I was responsible to pay return shipping, 20% restocking fee and also based on their discretion I still may not get back any of my money spent. I wrote them back instructing them to change the label to wrong part sent, they refused apparently and gave me a number to call a RMA department and basically there is nothing more they can do for me.





I reported the matter to Paypal and they sorted it out, up to now the company has not responded to Paypal. So in essence if you order and get the right part, all is well but if they send the wrong part , you certainly will be SCAMED out of all your hard earned money. I will never purchase from such a thieving company again even if it is the last place to help my car.
