I ordered new chrome oven racks for my Whirlpool Stove, from Genuine Replacement Parts, Inc.. They sent me oven racks that were the incorrect size and wouldn't fit my oven. I contact them received an RMA and followed their very specific policy for returning parts. I followed their instruction to the letter and returned the oven racks for a refund.

I had to keep sending emails asking about the refund. Two and a half months later, I received an email telling me the racks had burn marks on them as if the were used in an oven and they wouln't refund my money. This was a total lie because these racks were too big for my oven, so there wasn't any way I could use them to cook anything. There was no assurance they didn't utilize used racks to take these pictures just to scam me out of my refund of $105.00.
