In April,2013 my wife and I recieve a post card inviting us to a presentation and to recieve a free trip. We went thru the presentations. Then we sat down with a sales rep. He kept on talking about how great the timeshare was. We kept on saying we wanted time to think about it.

He then brought over his supervisor, who was a quickest talking person I ever met. He went over the contact so fast I had to keep asking him to repeat it. He never slowed down.We said we wanted to take the information home and think about only to be told once we left the price would go up.

They said that StarPointe has a buy back program a couple of times a year if we were not satisfied. He also said we could freeze our membership for up to a year. After we agreed to buy we recieved a 4 days 2 nights voucher to any where in the continental United States.

We tried to use the voucher to go to Orlando, Fla, but everytime we did we were told the dates were not availible. This went on 3 times spending money a certified mail everytime. The last time I called them I was told I should consider Utah or Arizona. I ercieved half of my $100 deposit back.

A couple of times I call Geoholiday about the buy back program and was told it wasn't availible at that time and to try later. A month ago I called and was told there is no such thing as a buyback program. If I wanted, I could give it back to them. Free.

I went to the Jockey Club location yesterday, only to be sent to another office on Warm Springs. The man at the front desk dsaid "This is where we take your money.. You have to go there for anything else"

I went to the Warm Springs office, and sat down with a woman who said there is no buy back or freeze program. I was also told my points expired at the end of the year.I was never told that points expired. She offerd to extend the points, and get a a free trip She asked me to e-mai her a complaint about the salesman. When I e-mailed her to the darress she gave me, it came back " address  does not exist'
