GEO Telecom Calling card company Fort Lee, New Jersey
I purchased six Mango calling cards from the company GEO Telecom and none of them are usable for calling. I called customer service on July 21 & July22, 2012 five times to fix the problem and each time I was promised by customer service representative to fix a problem but nothing changed.
On July 28, 2012 I called again to GEO Telecom 800-545-5169 and asked to talk to manager. I gave my name and my telephone number to a customer service representative and was informed that his manager will call me back in two hours. I waited two hours but nobody contacted me. I called again, stayed on the line for 25 minutes and talked to customer service
representative. Representative promised that his supervisor will call me back in 20 minutes. No body called me back.
