Complaint Review: Geoffrey Gilbert

Beware of reselling your tickets on ticketsnow.com or/and ticketmaster resell.

It turns out, they are waiting to snach up your funds.

Tickets Now has been arround for a long time in the secondary market for tickets for concerts, sports and theatre.

They were bought out by Ticketmaster a few years ago to capitalize on the large marketshare of resell tickets.

Stub Hub has been arround longer and are more trusted.

For both of these a credit card is required to have on file so they can charge your card in case your tickets turn out to have a proble,

Ticketsnow/ticketmaster takes it to a level that can't be affordable to the average person.

They will leed you along and let you sell for a while, then Geoffrey Gilbert comes arround and snoops into

your account for NO REASON, then puts a hold on your payments (after you sell a few tickets with them)

and "LOCKS" your account so you can't list any more tickets or get paid for the one's you sold.

Then ticketsnow/icketmaster will wait for you to call to find out why.

They know your number when they call by caller ID, they answer "ARE YOU CALLING ABOUT YOUR BANNED ACCOUNT ?"

Then they forward you to Geoffrey Gilbert where he explains your "HIGH RISK" And goes on to verify you by calling other phone numbers that you may have in your house. The number they call from on your caller Id is just "2197"

(you would think a 4 digit numer like this would be The White House, FBI, Ect.)

It's not, it's that weasle Mr. Gilbert. So he then verifies me tham I'm O.K. and a REAL PERSON and go's on to tell me thank you for being who you are. Then says your account can be reinstated if you go along with the terms to "GET PAID" for

your listings "Two Weeks After The Show Has Passed"

As you know tickets are sold months to sometimes a year in advanced.

So basically your funds that you very promissed to are not "FLAGGED" as they say and it may be 8 months before you get paid, if they actually do pay you.

The bottom line is : Ticketmaster is still the devil, evil and don't care about the consumer, even if your making them money, they want more by stealling it from you.

Beware ! Don't sell at Ticketmaster Resell of Ticketsnow, as I said Sxxx Hxx (((REDACTED))), so far, has been honest.
