I personally got taken for $50k in 1992 and this guy is still at it even after we, over 300 of us that got takened were able to get him locked up after taking in over $20mil---no money was ever returned. He gets out of jail and does it over again a few years ago and another $20mil is gone no prosecution by the Prosecutor in Maryland. Now he's done it again, who has he apid off each time??? He got all kinds of real estate exotic cars and more all paid for with other peoples money............where are the Feds and IRS on this???
