Complaint Review: George S. May International - GSMI

In a move to avoid the consequences of legal action brought by ex employees and clients the Italian operation of George S. May International was put into voluntary liquidation on 30 Nov 2004 while a new company GSM Italia was constituted on 29 Nov 2004.

This move was to also make redundant the workforce; on 8 July 2005 the Labour Tribunale declared the action of GSMI in contravention of local labour regulations and further declared the activities of GSM Italia to be a continuation of GSMI.

GSMI Italian operation for years has lied, cheated and blackmailed its clients forcing some companies to go out of business.

Well time has finally caught up with GSMI, on 5 Aug 2005 George S. May International S.p.A. filed for bankruptcy with GSM Italia doing the same.

GSMI which has boasted its ability as a top management consulting company was a sham, in fact it was run by individuals whose only capacity was to insult and terrorize both employees and clients.
