He did come out a second time and insisted on additional payment. Knowing that it is highly unlikely that he would be paid again -and- he never intended to fix it as he may not know what he is doing, he has made several appointments where he never showed up or called.
He stopped answering call from numbers he reconized as mine. There are others who complain of the same problem including the use of the drying sealer. This guy is a scammer.
