Prolific internet spammer advertises regular mattresses as "pillowtop" in order to get potential customers in the door, then bait and switch to much higher cost mattresses that can be purchased for much less elsewhere. Looked at some of the furniture offered, which is mostly junk.

I have been to this store and bought furniture. The quality for the price was amazing. I found a cherry sleigh bedroom set for $795 and the same set at other stores was over $1200. In addition, he gave me a really thick mattress set for only $320 and I know it would have been at least $600 at other places.

I found this place on Craigs List, but their ads kept getting flagged so I asked the owner about it. That's when I learned about another store in town harrassing and posting negative stuff out of desperation.

This report was filed by a competitor who has filed similar reports on other websites. The sad fact is that the internet makes it easy for competitors to slander. It should be noted that this company sells the exact same products as most other stores in Columbus, however, because they operate from a low cost warehouse, they sell at much lower prices making them a target.

The owner told me that 45% of the sales are from repeat customers after only 2 years in business. I think that says a lot about the value people receive. I can see why the 'normal' furniture stores are angry about them driving prices down in the market.

The competitor should focus on making their business better instead of posting negative comments on the internet. I'll go back here first all the time. Oh, the owner delivered the bedroom set to my house at 9pm and stayed until it was set-up.....then he took all the trash away.

Try to get a regular store to deliver after 5pm....good luck!
