Purchased a car in May. A couple days after purchase the radiator hose blew and they gave me trouble getting it fixed and made me pay for the repair. As they repaired the radiator hose they broke the flaps to something causing the check engine light to come back on. I took the car to Audi as I purchased an extended warranty to have the car repaired. My extended warranty is refusing the repairs because the readings show that the dealership cleared all of the codes and knowledgeable of all of the defects sold the car to me. They are unwilling to cooperate with any of the repairs even with proof of dates and times the codes were cleared without repairs prior to me purchasing the vehicle. The estimated cost of repairs is over $11k per Audi. The general manager Mr. Bailey told my mom and I to get off of his property or he would call the cops and have us removed and it was our problem. If I let my insurance company know they will likely total the car leaving me with no form of transportation and being mentally disabled I cannot sign for another vehicle. Please help.
