Same scenario as complaint from Feb. 2015. Agreed to service based on quote of $25 service fee plus additional labor starting at~$35 or so, don't recall specific amt. company refused to provide price over the phone, said tech would have to asses before providing quote.
Tech arrived & refused to give price. Opened my door in 10 minutes and only then told me the charge would be $60 per tool used, charges not based on labor. Charged me $205 Total. I immediately disputed & called office. Office mgr. refused to budge. Disputed credit card charge and taking them to court if need be.
