Georgia Mountain Movers - Creative Moving Picked up freight but won't deliver it Dunlap Tennessee
On March 24, 2009, Creative Moving picked up damaged chairs from San Clemente, CA 92672 for return to Gainesville, Florida. As of today, the chairs have not been returned to Gainesville. As a result, we are unable to get a refund for the damaged merchandise. We have learned that Creative Moving is operating without a valid DOT license - #1573100. Georgia Mountain Movers' license, DOT license # 1826148, is also invalid.

I am the owner of Creative Moving. We are a small moving service. I had no part of this transport of these chairs. The company Georgia Mountain Movers scammed the Ebay seller of these items. They delivered. The customer was very unreasonable i understand and returned the chairs. I provided assistance only on supplying information to the driver that picked up the items to be returned back to the seller. I did not transport these items. The sellers option to not return the money until items were returned is their business and has nothing to do with me or any transporter for that matter.
Creative moving did not transport her goods. Only provided details to the driver. The person filing this report is so far off base she must be retarded. She does not listen to reasoning. The have a special bus for folks like this lady!
