I moved into my apt in June 2014 and to get strait to the point my electrice services are usually around $40-60/ month with $60 being the most even today that's my usage though 5 months after i moved in now its October of 2014 and i received a bill with my current usage as i said around $40 and then i get an extra $456 charge on my acct!! I went to one of their offices located on 2 Park Place Northeast downtown Atlanta and a guy name Pitts said they switched meters and im paying for my next door neighbors bill and there was nothing i can do about it. He forced a special agreement on my account of $456 saying he would break it up in four payments i did not agree to but he said they will cut off the power. I ended up paying 1 out of the 4 payments by mistake so i went back up to the office the second time to dispute the bill and they are changing up the story saying that i used $456 extra power from when i moved in on June 2014 to Oct 2014 but my online statements, kwh usages, online data, graphs, tables does not reflect $456 electric service usage none at all. I have a degree in accounting I know numbers but they are saying I used it when there is no proof! It doesn't add up, So now they are threating to cut off my power if i don't pay. I'm currently seeking legal actions and to see if i have a case.
