Complaint Review: Georgina Hall

Georgina Hall is the Senior Clerk at Kings Court Chambers, based at Albert House, Albert Street, Birmingham B4 7UD.

Being a Senior Clerk at a barristers chambers is a very responsible job and certain skills are required to ensure the smooth running of the chambers. Ms Hall possesses none of the required attributes. Some senior clerks earn more than the average barrister but, judging by her photo, Ms Hall wants to be a barrister. Dream on!!!

Ms Hall had previously worked as an advisor at a UK Immigration services company, UK Visa Specialists Ltd, which traded under the name: UK Visa and Immigration.

When Georgina Hall worked at UK Visa and Immigration she. along with the rest of the advisors, failed to do their duties which resulted in clients failing to get visas because the company simply failed to process them. They then retained clients’ documents, including passports and failed to issue refunds.

UK Visa and Immigration ceased business in 2012 but a new company, Global Immigration Consultants Ltd (trading as UK Immigration Barristers) commenced business with the same staff, same office, same scam.

But instead of working for UK Visa and Immigration, Georgina Hall went to work for Kings Court Chambers - which was set up to work in partnership with UK Immigration Barristers - to continue the fraud that had started at UK Visa and Immigration. You can read more about that here…

As a Senior Clerk at a Barristers Chambers, you would expect that Georgina Hall would know who regulates barristers; she does not. Ms Hall also describes Kings Court Chambers as a ‘law firm’, which is also incorrect. Ms Hall must be the most ignorant Senior Clerk working at any barristers chambers in the whole country.

According to this web page from Kings Court Chambers website, “the Senior Clerk [i.e. Georgina Hall] has overall responsibility for ensuring that the policies, procedures and standards defined in the quality system are implemented and maintained”...

In other words, Georgina Hall is supposedly responsible for ensuring that Kings Court Chambers meets the following quality Standards listed on that web page: ‘Barmark’, ISO 9001:2008 and the LSC’s Quality Mark for the Bar.

But therein lies the problem; Georgina Hall does not have a clue what any of those quality standards are, she has never heard of them, so how how can she be responsible for ensuring that Kings Court Chambers complies with those standards?

But Kings Court Chambers will never comply with those standards as they have NEVER, at any time, held any quality marks whatsoever!

So why, Ms Hall, in your capacity as Senior Clerk at Kings Court Chambers, did you allow a copy a web page from Garden Court Chambers website to be used on Kings Court Chambers website? Here is the original page that was copied...

Did you think that no-one would notice the copy and paste operation? Did you think that no-one would notice the subtle change of name from Garden Court Limited to Kings Court Limited? And just what is Kings Court Limited anyway? There is no such company associated whatsoever with Kings Court Chambers.

And did you think that no-one would notice the change of dates in that copy and paste operation from 2010 to 2012? You couldn’t keep the original 2010 dates could you? Because Kings Court Chambers did not exist in 2010!

So, Ms Georgina Hall you are party to a scam where clients pay upfront fees for services which are often not provided or, if they are provided at all, they are provided as a copy and paste operation, in a similar manner to the copy and pasting described above.

You may be an ignoramus, possessing no skills whatsoever other than the art of copy and pasting and ‘talking bullshit’, but that is the clue of your willing involvement in this multi-million pound fraud.
