Gerald E. Moore And Associates, took money without consent ripoff Atlanta Georgia
The company was only authorized in front of two people to take only 50 dollars from a personal bank account for a debt. The company was told in order to give the extra money needed to settle debt. a bill was supposed to have been put in the mail. Bill never sent and was given the run around. Phone call was made and still no bill had been sent. Some time after, money was taken from personal bank account with no consent at all. Which under any law is down right theft.
Since then account is now fine, but phone call recieved from a gentleman who works for that company was horrible. The man was irrational, unjust, and down right rude in his behavior.
I personally think these people are wrong in their behavior, unjust, and very wrong in taking money when unauthorized.
If there is anyone that knows of this company and knows of the behavior and has had to deal with these individuals and have had problems of this nature, please do report this. Its theft.

You violated the first rule of dealing with collection agencies:
NEVER EVER give out your checking account/debit card info to a bill collector. Doing this is an open invitation for them to raid your checking account.
If you ever pay a collection agency, get all terms in WRITING FIRST then pay with a USPS money order. if they say they can't accept this. tell them too bad.
