My mother got a flied int he mail and she scratched and it said her numbers matched she she won a 500 gift card she called the dealership and asked if there were any strings attached and they said no and said she wont the gift card worth 500 dollars and when she went to the dealership they tried to sell her a new car and said she didnt win the gift card and she won something else instead and have her a $1 scratch ticket and guess what this is illegal its called bait and switch and she is owed this part of their bargain and they wont honor her prize
