Gerald Kocken, president and owner of Kocken & Associates, Inc. located in DePere, Wisconsin used company monies to use for his personal needs and didnt have any left to pay his employees their paychecks and took 401K funds from previous payroll checks but didnt forward the funds to the investment company.
