Mr. Gerald M. Peters Jr. runs several defrauding internet advertising and investment sites including commissionxchange.com, downlineforlife.com and e-mailpaysu.com. He is basically running ponzi schemes. He builds huge downlines by promising to pay members who visit various advertising sites, but in the end never pays them. He also entices investors by offering high returns and than pays out just few of them to create a false impression that he's honest. The majority of his members and investors loose everything ever invested. The same happened to me. I was member of e-mailpaysu and at the same time invested several hundreds of dollars in advertising through commissionxchange.com. Mr. Peters in the last couple of years kept raising the payout limit on e-mailpaysu.com and when the limit was finally reached he denied the payout, cancelled my account and ignored every attempt of contacting him. He also sold me a huge advertising package through commissionxchange.com and than failed to deliver it, defrauding me for more than 350$. I was shocked to see that he is now selling books containing advice how to defraud people with his MLM and Ponzi schemes. He needs to be stopped. There are dozens of sites & forums with genuine testimonies of frauds committed by Gerald Peters that can confirm my story.
