Gerald R. Nelson And / Or Southern Aviation , LLC Failed to produce product and / or make requested refunds , per their signed contract. Panama City Florida
Gerald R. Nelson and / or his company , Southern Aviation ,LLC [ who placed ads... and sold these Experimental aircraft contracts thru numerous Ebay ads from Feb ' 08 thru May ' 08 ].... has FAILED to either : [1] manufacture these , paid for , aircraft.... and / or ; [2] return the many... many refund requests...... from myself... and at least 5 other " Nova-1 " aircraft buyers..... with who I am in contact.
Currently , Gerald R. Nelson refuses to respond to ALL of my attempts to contact him ... at the mailing address , or the phone / FAX numbers , or the e-mail address..... listed here.
Gerald R. Nelson..... has collected [ in my best estimation ] ..... approximately $50,000.00.. from those of us who responded to his Ebay ads..... [ to purchase a Nova-1 aircraft , to be manufactured by him... and his company , Southern Avaition, LLC ] ...... and he has NOT honored his written contracts , to each of us Nova-1 buyers..... to manufacture these items ( by the ' specified ' completion dates )..... nor is he making any of the requested refunds............. and now ...... he has apparently ....... disappeared.... and is NO longer available... or responding to any of us Nova-1 buyers.
Additionally , Gerald R. Nelson, has FAILED to honor [ pay-off ] a Promissory Note he sent me [ at my request , last June 08 ]... which was to be PAID IN FULL... on or before 15 JAN 09.
In my humble opinion.... Gerald R. Neslon is a : dis-reputable ' bidness' person .... I could be wrong ... but I doubt it ....... based on his ' actions ' [ or lack , thereof ] .... in this manner.
