Complaint Review: Gerard M Carter

When i was approached by Gerard M Carter in July 2007 he offered to make me a business plan and present it to his so called investors. After paying him $30,000 dollars in september of 2007 when it was completed i never recieved a copy of the BP until july 2009. Yes almost 2 years after i paid him. He told me clearly that i can back out at any time and did not pressure me to do this at all, But he was so confident and convincing he will find a lender for me to fund my business project so of course i jumped at it to fufill the american dream of owning a business.

The only person he came up with was TCA investment group who i wrote about on this website as well and after you read that blog you will see how much i been scammed. Search Thomas Washington Campbell III on this sight if you care to read it.These 2 guys were in on it together in some way but i cant prove that.

Mr Carter was so cold and nasty to me after i gave him all that money and has no guilt at all that he ripped me off. Yes i was a fool for giving that much money out to a stranger but when you get your hopes up and desparate to get a business you do crazy things.

If you ever come across this fat drunken lying b*****d run away im just trying to help and warn anyone out there that has the same dream i had that nothing comes easy but this fat drunken liar Gerard M Carter not get another nickel from anyone else.
