Gerber Collision and Glass Charged Ins Co for repairs not made, replaced and charged for parts not damaged or needed…horrible service too West Melbourne Florida

My Car was sent to Gerber Collision and glass on 6933 Vickie Circle in West Melbourne Florida 32904 by Allststate claims office rep after the previous repair shop Allstate rep  sent me to to{SERVEPRO} also in West Melbourne failed horribly fix the problem with the car....I had an odor in the car due to a dead rodent found in my trunk apon my returning home vacation.... I called Allstate after trying for 3 days to air out/wipe down and use a blower fan to blow out the odor......no luck at all.....it wasnt going away.....so I called my Insurance company for help......MISTAKE....they said they will send it to SERVEPRO in WEST MELBOURNE FLORIDA.....because this is who they use in cases of odors due to fire/smoke damage and also the unfortunate death smell that occours in peoples homes due to someone expiring unnoticed .........when SERVEPRO od West Melbourne took posession of my car they let it rot in the hot sun for 4 days before addressing the odor......

I know this because I checked on my car with a rental to check on my car....parked in the same exact spot I left it 4 days prior.....I walked towars the car and the odor was now worse than ever.........after storming into the office wanting an explanation as to why my car was ignored with the horrible odor they said they were about to start it right away and promised it would not be a problem for them to handle........Well, they ruined my entire car now with Air Conditioning system included....Thyey dumped toxic chemicles into my car and had an ozone machine running in it for more that 24 hrs with my AC running on full blast.......I still cant believe what they did and how SERVEPRO and GERBRER wash their hands and take no responcibility for their incompitence .....Thanks to the great Management team at Gerber for giving me the royal shaft.....and Servepro for turning a car with 32,000 mi into a useless pile of scrap metal..........

I'll continue to warn everyone I can about the unscrupilous practices of Gerber and Servepro who could care less about the fact that I now have no car.......oh yes, and thanks Allstsate for rewarding these 2 companies by cutting them checks for work not completed.....They got paid by making money off of me and on top of it my car is in worse shape now then it was before I took it to be fixed.........I told Allstate this and they wont hear anything Im trying to say.......I still cant believe whats gone on.....why do I have Insurance.......everyone got compensated excepet me.....Servepro was paid more that $800 and they damaged my car then Allstate sends in the Gerber to fix Servepros damage pays them more than $2000 and they return the car to me untouched.....odor still there but worse......and the Manager denies everything..and then accuses me of causing the damage they were paid to fix that was still there when I picked up the car...Im calling corporate of both companies and will not give up untill someone listens to me.....I was in tears at Gerber and no on cared less about me....THANKS GERBER

I guess you dont need satisfied customers or return business or good referrals

From a female customer that was treated like garbage and ignored like I didnt matter to them.....
