Complaint Review: geroge haddad at alpha tv repair service

ripofftake 5 months to fix tv we paid for on 5-10-02 and still don't have back yet want put parts on my tv without my consent and try to charge me for it then

we paid them for tv repair on 5-10-02 and they still have my tv guts.they ordered parts for it and did not tell me they were and how much they was going to be .they did not make the first phone call till 6-29-02 about the set and what they was doing.on this day they agreed to give me my tv back not fixed and all my money back $243.75 because the parts had not came in yet but in fact the parts came in on 6-12-02 and they forgot about them. but on our taped phone confersation on 7-2-02 they told us they picked the part up on 6-29-02 after they had agreed to give us our money back.

then they fixed the tv without our permision and said they would not give us our money back and if we want a warranty it would be $100.00 for 30 days . they lied to the BBB and to the ohio attorney generals ofice and told them that this matter was resolved.

if thats the case why don't i have my tv back yet . we have paid cable foe 5 months now while not haveing a tv because they still have it .and that is not my fault we have papers letters and taped phone calls to prove this they even told my wife that he is a beter person than her and wished someone do her the way we are doing him .this is not acepitable from a company to say to the customer but i am sure he will lie thats all he has done to us from the get go .

it dos'e not take this long to fix a tv .and if he says we would not answer the phone tell them we started calling them 5-29-02 to get it .they are the ones that did not call till 6-29-02 and it still was not fixed yet .and agreed to give me my money back then fix the tv without my permision . this is agianst the law is it not.
