I had contacted the BBB serving the eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois about this company that I orderd an bedroom set from and was unable to contact over an 3 week period of time, so i wanted to cancel my order. I was told after finally getting in contact with the company/owner that I was not going to be able to get a refund because of their policy, it was stated or said or written that way at the time that the order was taken with a payment to the owner, he wanted me to spend the money on something that he had in stock I explained that over a 3 week period time frame of waiting i can do bussiness somewhere else, he refused to refund me, and didn't accept my summons to appear in court regarding this matter. The bill was $735.71 and paid down $300.00. So this company has all my money and the merchandise, I would have had.
