and 813-494-6891 has not refunded my money after I canceled my contract
(in writing) with him. As per Florida law, I canceled within three days and sent him TWO reminders when more than a month
has passed. It has now been two and a half months and he has still not refunded my money. I consider this a ripoff worthy of a Ripoff Report!

After posting this report, I received two phone messages and two text messages from Mr. Williams where on the first message he "advised me to give him a call about my so-called refund" and the second voice mail where he just said to call him. The text messages said he would send my refund after I called him. I returned his text messages with a request that he refund my money via US Mail and I prefer not to call him.I received a check from him the last week of February and waited before updating this posting until I felt the check would clear.
It has been a week and so far, it has not bounced and it seems I have gotten my money back. He did keep a portion since I worked out twice in the gym. I understand that - even though the rate was high.
It had been three months without any response from the business and it looks like posting here helped.
