Complaint Review: Get It Done Transportation Inc. - David

Get It Done Transportation is by far a fradualant company. Everything the broke David Pein told me and confirmed in my confirmation email was a lie. There is no such thing as 24/7 customer service with this company. Also the date he said my car would be picked up and delivered was both a lie. He also lied and said your provided with a tracking number where you can track your car which was a lie. I could not get in touch with him nor the drive throughout the entire process. The driver went 24 hours ignoring my calls and text while having my car without simply answering or responding with a simple ETA estimate.

I expressed my concerns to David and all he did was made in valid excuses and continuosly tried to blame the drive which was listed under Carmax Auto Transport, which is another unprofessional company I would stay away from. David even lied at first and told me he wasn't a broker to gain my business stating that he had his own drivers on hand. This has been by far my worse experience with car transport and I will write as many reviews that I need to to make sure no one else was scammed like I was!
