I ordered a rebuilt transmission by phone, he said he had one in stock and could shipp it the next day. After two weeks I started calling him back but he gave me the run around, told me he would call me right back, didn't. I found his home phone and talked to his wife she was of no help. Seems he blocked my number after that. I found another phone number and cvalled and got someone else named John Jr. First he told me the trans had shipped to the wrong address and got shipped back. I asked what shipping co and tracking number and he was evasive. He said they would re-ship the next day and he would call with a shipping number. Two days later he called and said there was a mix up and the parts were on backorder and thats why the trans didn't ship. Well I could see what was going on here. I told him this was sounding like a scam and that if did not call me with the tracking number the next day I was going to cancel the order and backcharge the credit card. That was last week and I still have not heard from him and no one answers my calls. I have called the D.A. in Hillsborouh County and reported them and filed a credit backcharge on my card. DO NOT do business with these wiseguys. They are scammers!

Junk transmission

Well, what I supected came true, the trans I got from these yahoos is junk. First they sent the wrong one and I had to make some repairs to make it fit (change some external parts) Then after about two weeks it started slipping and jumping out of first gear. I took the car to a shop and they said the trans was assembled wrong and only some parts were new.
Some advice, DO NOT BUY REBUILT TRANSMISSIONS ONLINE.!

Finally

I finally did receive my transmission on the 9th of Feb. I ordered it on the 2nd of Dec. 08.

I will wait and see if it is any good before I retract anything but it did take way too long to get here. They charged my card on Dec 2nd so I paid interest for a month on a purchase I did not receive.
