Get Response collected payment to reactivate an account I canceled and then immediately after receiving payment deactivated the account. Why did they tell me that I could reactivate the account if I paid a reactivation fee if they were going to deactivate the account as soon as they collect their fee?  They refused to refund the payment collected to reactivate the account.

I have dozens of emails with Get Response customer support explaining that my account was active when it was not.  They provided instructions many times as to how I was to access my account. None of them were valid and it was impossible to log in to the account.

I had to beg them to cancel my account and not continue to charge my credit card and they repeatedly told me that I needed to log in to my account to cancel it.  My account login had been disabled the whole time and it was impossible to log in.

Below is an example of the last couple of contradictory support messages. I have dozens of these. A complete waste of time.  Mail Chimp and Constant Contact are far superior in all ways.

I did not owe them any payments and my account was fully paid up to date at the time I canceled it.  They demanded a fee to reactivate the account I canceled.  They collected the fee, reactivated the account, and then immediately deactivated it.

Shame on you Simon Grabowski and Daniel Brzezinski!
