Get your move on llc Roger Thieves tempe, Arizona
I used this company once before and the move went well so I called them to move me into my new house. Well this time around wasnt a very good experience. Towards the end of the ove I noticed I was missing 500.00 from the pocket fo my purse. I know it was there because I went to the bank on my way over to my new house. I confronted the movers and they denied it and becaome aggresive with me so I said to them my husband must have taking it. They told me not to call there boss because they would get fired. I didnt call the office to report this because I didnt want these movers to do anything to my house, car or even me so I just will b eout the money and warn others not to use this company. Dont use these guys unless you want to be ripped off.

This complaint (and woman) is everything wrong w/ online claims

I am disinterested party to this claim. I am a consumer looking to hire a moving company. This "Rip Off" report is front page results when searching this company. (Right below the 5 star Yelp and 5 star BBB ratings, and right above the 5-start Facebook rating). However, its like a neon sign that stands out.
I created an account to respond, in order to provide some consumer perspective to other consumers. This lady is everything that's wrong with internet reviews. If its a competitor, its even worse. If its the former, then lady, I suggest you act like an adult and resolve it as publicly as you claimed it, or retract or remove it.
The large sum of cash sitting in an unattended purse around strangers coming and going. The last person responsible is this company, the second in-line would be the alleged individual thief, and the first responsible is this lady. The added part about feeling for her safety is right out of a script for what I expect from this kind of character, and I'm sure we all have a different definition of "aggressive". And they seem awfully concerned about their jobs to be stealing from you.
If you don't know what happened to it, you don't know what happened to it. You chose to not handle it like an adult, and instead publicly accuse them after the fact without even a smidgen of evidence, because you feel...entitled to? "[uh well, I won't make any effort for the truth, but make sure they pay]". No, lady. You don't get it both ways. You feel like some champion for consumers doing your internet hero act? You're not.
With that said, its probably a competitor. Either way, there should be some more accountability and thus validity to this site. Or, follow its own rules (ie: no speculation...she's speculating). I could have easily moved on upon seeing this neon sign without taking time to read it like I'm sure many do. These are companies, people and jobs.

Unsure of the motive here. We would love to talk with you...

Ms. Johnson,
We are unsure that this report is an honest report. Here are my reasons...
- ALL of our employees are comprehensively background checked and thoroughly vetted prior to employment.
- Most have been with our company for multiples of years.
- We pay very well and our employees value our company and their employment with us.
- We have never had a complaint of one of our employees being either aggressive or stealing.
- If there is a claim of an employee doing so, we would need to have that information and would expect that a client inform us of this so that we may file a police report, reimburse the clients' money, and fire the employee.
- All our employees are listed with videos displaying their personalities here: http://getyourmoveonllc.com/arizona_professional_movers.php
- We conduct follow-up phone calls and send out an e-mail survey on every move. A disgruntled client could make their complaint discreetly and we could rectify the problem without disclosing a clients name or address to an employee who was reported as a thief.
- Roger, our V.P. and myself, Derek Greene (owner), are very accessible and our cell phone numbers are listed all over our web site and the internet.
- We have only moved one Johnson in the last 6 mos. and we contacted her to be sure that we did not have a thief working for our company. She assured us that she was beyond pleased with our services.
- The Ms. Johnson we did move, upon receiving our call, took it upon herself to file a rebuttal here as well.
We have almost 1000 reviews on the internet and our reputation is virtually clandestine. You can read many of them on our web site: http://getyourmoveonllc.com/testimonials.phpWe would ask that if you are NOT a competitor who is trying to slander us and have a valid complaint about our company to please call me, Derek Greene, Owner at 602.820.3559 (my cell) or e-mail me at derek@getyourmoveonllc.com if you would like to discuss any trespass one of our employees made against you during your move. I would certainly love to discuss your issue and, if valid, make a full refund to you of your money and make personnel changes if need be at our company.
Kind Regards,
Derek Greene

I am taking a moment to write a review on this site because of the above report discrediting this small company. I have used them twice, the last being within the past month. I received a call from the owner of the company today asking me if there were any issues with my move. The main reason being for the call is that my last name is Johnson, the negative review on this site is written by another Johnson apparently. I had already received a follow-up customer service email prior to the call today.
I searched for this review using my last name and the company as a reference.
I would like to say that these people are excellent movers, they are professional and the price is fair. I had two movers show up to move my things from storage to my new place. They were pleasant and professional. I do not own extremely high-end items, but my belongings are nice enough I too worry and want them handled with care. They did a great job. I find the above statements difficult to believe and am saddened that this has been posted and puts the company in a negative light.
Additionally, if this individual has really experienced a theft... why did he/she not call the owner for reparations to be made. I see no mention of a realistic resolution being attempted. If there were a real occurrence I highly doubt the owner would be calling me going off of a last name that happens to be the same as my own. I encourage other individuals that use this company to also take a moment to add to this site indicating that this is a reputable business.
