GETAFREELANCER.COM - FREELANCER.COM Account suspended for no reason and Freelancer wont respond! OVER $9,000 in my account! Sydney, Internet

I am not a usual on the rip-off report but this one specifically concerns me and holds my interest and I feel the need to share this with others. I have been a user of freelancer.com (formerly Getafreelancer.com) for a couple of years now and never had a problem, until now. I am in the middle of multiple projects and I have built a team of people I use on a regular basis for my company on freelancer.com. I was notified about 5 days ago that my account was suspended for security reasons. Which if there was an issue I would be grateful. The problem is that I have loaded the requested ID on the same day and still have no response from them. Not only did I load the ID but I also loaded a critical ticket, and sent an email with no response from freelancer.com.

Normally this would not be an issue but the fact that I have well over $9000 in my account I find this a major issue. All I want is a simple email stating what is needed next to fix my account or refund the money I have left. I have also done some research on the internet and have found other cases of this happening, none with the amount that I have in my account. I will be sure to keep everyone notified as to the results I hear from Freelancer.com as I get them in.

It isa shamethat I have to file a complaint on ripoff report. Hopefully I dont have to take legal action against them, but if I do I will be sure to let everyone know and I am sure a class action lawsuit can come out of this. Just from my short search on the internet I can see there are plenty of people with the same issue happening.

I am pretty sure if I owed freelancer.com almost 10K they would take all actions needed to claim the amount I owed them and would not be ok with me not communicating with them.

In closing please do not put money into an account on Freelancer.com and request a withdrawl on all funds to be sure that your account does not get suspended with money in your account. I would love for someone from freelancer to come up with an excuse as to why no response has been given from them since they suspended my account.
