My name is Ankur Arora and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Pharmawest Pharmacy, the Canadian dispensing pharmacy for GetCanadianDrugs.com. The report filed here by Red_lover is completely false.

GetCanadianDrugs.com does not provide any customer information to any third party whatsoever and strictly maintains the privacy of all customer information. GetCanadianDrugs.com will not and does not release any confidential information about a customer unless a court orders it to do so. I know this to be true because I am a former New York State lawyer and I personally drafted the privacy policy and I am charged with reviewing and enforcing it. We deplore spamming and spammers and we will NEVER provide your information to them. I guarantee it. Further, all information entered into our website is encrypted and secure.

I don't know whether the person who wrote this false report is a real customer or just a jealous competitor trying to give us a bad name because they do not identify themselves. It is generally easier and more convenient to make false reports under the cover of anonymity to avoid having to provide any real evidence supporting one's spurious claims.

Nevertheless, I have set up email accounts for test purposes, which I have never once used to send or receive mail and nor have I given these email addresses to anybody. Yet, within a few days, I began to receive pharmacy related spam emails from illicit websites that offer Viagra and other lifestyle drugs without a prescription. The fact is, spammers can get your email address even though you have never provided that email address to anyone.

Moreover, we are located in Canada and not in India as the false complaint states. We are open 7 days a week and customers are welcome to contact our call center at 1-877-530-0799 to verify that we are in Canada. If anyone is so inclined, you can come and visit our operations in Langley, BC, Canada and personally meet me and our licensed pharmacists as well as see our call center.
