Getgreenies - Black Swamp Fisheries dishonest product information and failure to refund products RIPOFF Toledo Internet
I purchased what I thought would be 168 individually wrapped greenies to resale at my pet shop (no picture on web site, but product description was listed as 168 greenies).
What I recieved was 9 packs of 18 and 5 individually wrapped ones. After 6 phone messages and 2 emails, in which I offered to pay the shipping (again) if they would just take back the product for a full refund of the product. Because they did not respond, I had my credit card company look into refunding with them and found their web site was mute on the point of refunding. My credit card company and myself both thought that they would refund.
A few days after, they did contact me by email. They told me they would NOT refund, I immediately went to their web site to show that they would indeed refund, but THEY HAD CHANGED THE SITE TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT FULLY REFUND! I told them that they had clearly changed their policy since I had ordered this product. They denied this and stated the best they could do was for me to pay for shipping and then they keep 30% for "re-stocking"! I have never delt with a company that was so dishonnest with their policies!
