Mr Walker does have an ex-wife. He claims he never has. Please go to the Wisconsin circuit court access page (google it) and you can look up Chippewa County Case Number 1991FA000094.

You will also see all his previous / pending cases.

His bankruptcy is not there as it is a federal issue but you can find the case number and phone number to call for information from another post here.

He cannot get your IP address from these posts either as he claims to have done. Even the EDitor claims it's impossible.

This is a letter I recieved from the BBB of Wisconson, As of today, may 7, 2005 Mike Walker still has not responded to them, it was filed back in March. Mike Walker has been threatening me with lawsuits every since. He still says I owe him nearly $50 in "cancellation fees" and other fees. The product didn't even cost that much to begin with.

Plus I never saw any thing that stated parts on getitrepaired. com or vdo specialties web site as to that parts are used not new ones.

First of all I didnt expect shipping to and from your shop. I was merely asking if either was included in it. I know nothing of repairing a ps2 or how much the parts run. I have seen lasers as low as $25 and as high as $60. And like I stated, most businesses add the return shipping INTO the total cost so you dont have to mess with it. I was just asking to make sure this was or wasnt the case.



The LCD screen, like I stated, I was asking if its included and IF NOT HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE IF YOU COULD ADD ONE. I was more than willing to pay the extra money for one to be added as well as labor.



Now I am trying to be a jerk. After the way you treated me in the first place why wouldnt any one else? Insulted you? I still laugh at that one.



I may have not posted the other emails here, but if you check that last email I sent ya it included ALL the emails that I have sent you and that you have sent me, the same exact email that I sent my ISP. So they will see the full conversation.



Its not a matter of people just posting stuff that they want to on the net. Its a matter of common courtesy. If you had not been a jerk in your emails in the first place all of this could have been avoided. All my life people have ran their mouths at me for no reason what so ever. I have never given any one a reason to be irate with me. Not intentionally. And when I do it unintentionally I quickly appologize making sure that that was not my intentions.

Michael Walker is verbally abusive. I had very simply emailed him with some questions regarding his services. Maybe they were a bit pathetic but your site lacks the information for the type of business you do.



I asked you if shipping for TO and FROM your shop was included in the repair service. Most business's include the price for the return shipping for you so the only other price you pay besides the service is the shipping TO the shop. Your site does not state this UNLESS you begin to fill out the form. There was no need for me to start filling it out considering I wont have the money for 4 more weeks. A simple "no it does not including shipping to or from our shop. you will have to provide for both."



I asked you if the pre mod xbox's come with an LCD screen. A bit newbish I know but your descriptions of all your items are lacking in INFO. Considering you sold USED laser cables to that dude. And yes they are used. Dont care if they came out of previously owned like new ps2's. ITS STILL USED. IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BOX AND USED. And the looks from his pictures they are in pretty bad shape. Any dumbass would have known those cables are useless.



And clearly from what your ex wife there says, your a scam artist. You sure didnt jump to defend your self against her remarks. As far as the surcharge, it's right in front of you when you order, if you do not want to agree to it, then do not continue, you continued... that measn you acepted it did'nt you. You could have paid by Check instead and avoided it. Unless you did not have any money and had to use credit.

David admitted over the phone that he assumed all parts were new, in this case, they actually were new, he called and complain we believe just because the cables were not the answer to fixing his problems, so he bought he bought 5 of them thinking this would work, this is the sign of an inexperienced technician in this case he is not even a technician..



I told david all he had to do was call us and tell us, we would have given a refund anyway instead of lying trying to state that we frauded him somehow selling him used cables.

First of all let me say, no one represented the cables as new at all, remember you admitted that over the phone.."They looked new in the picture" is what you said.



Second, they were new, you used two of them, out of the five after you figured out they would not work to fix your laser problem.



Third, you did not have to lie to get a refund, all you had to do is say that you thought they would fix your laser not working, but it did not work and you do not want to waste you money on cables you did not need.



Instead, you create this elaborate hoax of a story that we frauded you in some way...



Then to make it even worse you post a different Michael Walkers name and address and phone number in the ripp off report. Trying to somehow prove that I am a fraud in some way. The other addresses you list is our past address, we moved once in 15 years, and as far as why is not our number in the yellow pages, we use to use them from 1993-2001, but we quit since it costs allot, and not everyone uses a regular phone, most use cell phones now and the internet to find numbers, so we are listed on the net.



Somehow, you again are trying to libel us, and claiming what? that we are not who we are?, how can that be if our address is correct on the web site, and so is the phone number?? I do not get it...



Oh maybe because you found a different Michael Walker, as if I was the only one? I'm sure there is another David greathouse..



The point is the cables were in fact new, you got your money back just fine, so why did you lie about us...

Just for a refund...

Michael if you are selling used parts you should tell people up front you're selling used or "reconditioned" parts. A part pulled out of an existing machine is a used part. Dave as far as sending in your playstation, that's exactly what he wants you to do. Then he gets his "bench" fee and shipping and whatever cost he tacks on. This is what the BBB and DA in Chippewa Falls are looking into.



Michael, this ranting and raving at customers has got to stop. Maybe you need to double your medication (fact: he is on medication and has mellowed some). Dave, you really just have to know "Dr. Walker", I'm sure all of the cursing and verbal abuse that he was allegedly spewing your way was not his fault. Let's look at the facts Michael, and I beg you to deny any of these because I have proof of each. Deep thoughts by Michael A Walker. He claimed many times to be a lawyer, and at one time a Dr. both very false, he does not even possess a Bachelors. He made millions, wrong? Michael, you're broke. We will all make a million or more if we add up our income over the past 40 years. Why in 2004 was there a pre-foreclosure deal made on your $140K house/business (you still owed $129K) to get out before the final paperwork (open records act)? Why were you selling almost every possession you have just to get by? Also had to sell the Miata to get some cash right? But I know you bought the motorcycles (Chinese bikes if I'm not mistaken).



Yes people, Michael runs his business out of a house, as a matter of fact right it's a rental, because he is not the owner of his current property which appears to be a duplex according to tax records. Why have you filed bankruptcy twice in the past 12 years?



Why does the BBB of Wisconsin list you as unsatisfactory? As for as GetitRepaired, Vdo-Specialties, Walker Enterprises, Pilot Specialties, staff, if you don't count the fish, wife, or children that would be a staff of 1. I take that back there may be several if he doesn't take his medication, he can be multiple people. One day he is going to sue himself and not even know it.



This is one business that I will never trust or do business with ever again. Sorry I'm digressing, let's get back to more Walker claims.



Claims to be a professional welder; claims to be an aerial photography expert; claims to be a pilot (this one is true he has flown a Cessna 172); uses pirate cell phone signals, claims to be a private investigator, is being investigated by the local DA; claims to be a screen print artist; claims to be an expert scuba diver, (ps: they are waiting for you at Fun Club Cozumel, sorry inside joke Michael couldn't resist). The list goes on and on, he has tried and failed at every get rich scheme in the book. This is the type of person you are dealing with.



This is the type of guy who would sell his own mother if it gave him the opportunity to make a buck. He has no friends and no life. He has no financial support, no insurance, no life insurance, no savings, no stocks, no bonds nothing.



He is they type of person that would raid his own child's piggy bank to get a new gadget. Be very careful people Michael has nothing left to loose so he is desperate and will try anything.

I recieved a refund to my credit card, and I recieved a phone call from Micheal Walker aka vdo-specialties.



First, the product in question, a ps2, basically works fine until a certain point in playing a standard DVD, at which point it becomes intermittent and annoying to watch leading me to suspect the flexible cable between the laser and main CBA.

I don't understand what you mean by this.



But it seems like you are saying the cable doesn't move, it is stationary, but that is false, it does move, so please elaborate.



Third, even after reading the terms and conditions of your website, I still cannot find any clause that would indicates "buyer would be subject to verbal abuse by seller, including but not limited to: cursing, yelling, name calling, etc..." Yes, I am referring to the couple of calls I have recieved from Michael Walker, you seem to be very accomplished at irritating people via telephone. This latest one wasn't as bad, since I had read up on you and your business (es) and web sites, and I am very thankful a website exists such as this one where people who have had a bad experience can communicate about it.



I read on this site that someone (unless that was you, Michael Walker, writing in) went to Michael Walker's home to pick up a playstation, I suppose this means that VDO Specialties aka getitrepaired.com is operating out of that house on 131st street? You stated you've served thousands of customers in the last year, earning millions of dollars, yet





I cannot find your buisness in the telephone book, but your business comes up on the Wisconson BBB.

I find this set of phone #'s, by Whois search on VDO-Specialties.com when I first had problems (before posting first entry, above) but they are disconnected, noting "Last Updated on: 29-Sep-04" above.



I've found about 3 different addresses of VDO specialties in various places too. What business moves around so much, but doesn't keep the old phone number? That's how people know how to get ahold of a business is the old phone number, the one you advertised, it is very easy to keep the old number after all, Especially now but even then...



Finally, I'd like to address:

I don't think so, Several cables was actually worse looking than the one I was going to replace! A cable also had part of the connector cut off! It must have been pretty wore out at that end, eh?



Hopefully you, Michael walker, will clean up your business dealing.



Statistically not every one will complain, only about one in maybe 20 or so, which means there could be a lot more people out there that may have dealt with you in some way that just haven't said anything.



Hopefully someone will read this and think twice...

If you read teh Terms and conditions of your sale as you agreed to by placing teh checkmark on your order. it says" I agree that I have read teh terms and conditions of my sale and understand them" it states to call and ask any questions that are not covered here.



It also never claimed those certain cables were new, they are new but pulled from new machines. But they were never advertised as new. you keep saying that we mis represented them, but no where does it claim they are new.



And when you spoke to me, you stated "well the pictures are of new ones" and I asked can you determine that?



as an electronics technician there are no problems with this 2" canle that does not flex, your in experience shows this, and basically the real reson is you thought teh cables would fix your problem with the lasers not reading, and when it did not, you figured you bought so many, you needed to get your money back, and actually lie..and make up a reason, the cables were in new condition and not flawed in anyway.



You just wanted your money back because it did not fix your problems.,actually all you had to do is tell the truth and we would have took them back anyway, why lie? Next time tell the truth and do not lible a company.



We offer warranty's on all of our parts, new or used..why can't we not do that? you claim "because how could he possibly offer a warranty on used parts as his website states?"



You make no sense. It seems like you just wanted to make trouble..
