 Ordered a product from this company and was charged double for the product. I called customer service they did not help telling me that they did not charge my card twice. But I hear from card company there were 2 charges from them totalling $160. Customer service did not want to assist me in resolving this matter directing me to call me financial service. No help at all so I'm just out'$160 and after I asked them to cancel whatever subscription there is attached to my card and was still charged
