The salesman told me the coverage is the "same as Blue Cross" - it is not! This is not an insurance company and it is not an insurance policy. My calls were not returned, when I called they were always on the phone and my messages were not returned.. It took me 45 minutes on the phone trying to tell them I do not want this policy, then they change the subject and do what is called "twisting". They will first show you their ABest Rating for United Fired and Casualty - that is for financial ratings - not the company service rating and it's not even the same company as getMed360? Please, please be very carefull.

when you signed up for this plan they did a recording which stated this is not major medical. why would you assume otherwise if they clearly stated this is not major medical. these agents do sell major medical and if you did not qualify they offered you this plan. you have to understand what you are purchasing before you give people your payment information. on their website it also states this is not a major medical and not intended to be a major medical.
