It tells you that you will get paid for your opinion on surveys.
After you pay with your credit card it takes tries to sell you phone time then a entertainment company. They sell you a small ebook.. try to send email. I want my money back. email address is no good. No phone or address to address this issue.

I received an email from this company and emailed them from the "Contact Us" link on their website for more information (specifically, asking what they had to say about this posting.) It says on their FAQ page the following:
"GetPaidForOpinions is a division of the Internet Products Group, LLC. Our address is 2030 Main St., Suite 130 Irvine, CA 92614"

I don't know if that name or address is legitimate, but since you said there was no address or way to get in touch with them, I figured I would pass that info along.
