GETPARTS.US sent me wrong part and are saying it was my fault..... when it was their fault refused to give me a return credit Allentown Pennsylvania

I ORDERED A FUEL PUMP FOR MY 2002 C32 AMG MERCEDES AND TOLD THE SALESMAN THAT I NEED THE PUMP THAT SITS BEHIND THE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT.

I MADE SURE TO TELL HIM MORE THAN ONCE... SO AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING TO RECEIVE THE PART GUESS WHAT SHOWES UP? yEP THE WRONG FUEL PUMP........

SO I CALL THEM TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED . MIKE SAYS THAT IT WAS MY FAULT AND HE HAS ME RECORDED OK LETS HEAR THE RECORDING? I CANT DO THAT SIR?? REALLY OK SO WHERE DO I SEND IT BACK TO CAN I GET AN ADDRESS PLEASE?

we will have to charge you a 25% restocking fee are you kidding me when it was your fault...... so after going back and fourth with this guy i say whatever at this point i just want this done. he said we will email you with the return address shortly so 2 weeks go by and 3 weeks go by i still have not seen anything from getparts.us.....

 

getparts.us where is my money you freaken ripoffs!!
