I signed up for "Getspecialgifts.com" - via Netflix. I waited 6-8 weeks for my initial email (after being a paying customer for a month) - nothing. I was told to wait another 6-8 weeks by Netflix. (ridiculous if you ask me) FINALY get ahold of this link on this site that prints you out this nice phony "voucher" that you mail in. It has bee TWELVE weeks since I mailed mine in + 3 months of waiting for the initial email. Customer service? Yeah, that's joke. I have sent probaly 20 emails asking what is going on. Take a guess how many they have responded to?? ZERO. So, I have contacted the better bus. bureau with hope that they can help.
