I worked for this company for just under 6 months and never got paid what I was supposed to. They have the biggest turnover in the area. In the little time i was there i watched over a dozen salesman come and go. They are not honest people and dont care about tgeir employees or customers regardless of what they say. Stay away from them you wont get the treatment you desserve.

Just maybe this report will intheist he CSI DIRECTOR to make changes to all of their dealerships.  I that they should provide copy's of all documentation to each sales person RIGHT AFTER the customer drives off of the lot once the customer POPS OUT OF THE office called THE BOX. 

 

By the way, does this guy have  a toupee on ?  LOL

Only the businesses who care about their customers are the businesses that will stand out above and beyond their competition.  Whoever posted this report I would love for you to post the contact information for the people of the pictures that I am posting.  Would you say that this dealership that you work at floated the front in gross to the back, So they could pass out mini pay vouchers?

 

I wonder what their overall average CSI scores are for each dealership ?  I would love for you to post more.
