It's amazing how these internet companies can have a convenient automated process. Problems Who ever said about fixing problems. Stamps.com has not credited my account the $21.00 for a mis-print. In order to keep them from charging my credit card I had to report it stolen and got new cards. Now they say I owe them money. I sent them e-mails requesting for them to fix the problem, but they refuse to respond. They won't even respond when I request for them to downgrade my account.

They don't have a problem charging you their fees before and after you request for them to stop and refund your money.
