Complaint Review: getuwired

I want to warn all consumers that are considering using GetUWired for the purpose of implementation of email campaign drip systems.

Double check their promises and verify they do what they say.

The experience that I had with GetUWired cost me an incalcuable amount of money. I paid $1,589 monthly between all of the working parts to keep a lead generation system running including website operation expenses, PPC Keyword management, and Infusionsoft's CRM.

In late September 2017, it was discovered that the upgraded 24 month drip campaign system purchased from GUW in October 2016 for $1000 had never been fully implemented, but this is only the start of my finacial losses. The systems that were working captured over 800 new leads during that time, that unfortunately, due to the neglect of GUW, were never jump started into the drip campaign system, and integral part of our sales process. You can imagine my horror in discovering that 800 leads dangled in mid-air due to no scheduled correspondence being sent for over 10 months other than phone calls made by team members.

When notified, it took one of the owners of GUW two business days to personally reach out and attempt to resolve this issue. With great reluctance, Dobbin Buck-co-owner, offered an agreement that was miniscule in comparison to my investment of $17,479 to produce these leads in the first place. The complete system did not produce as it had in the past as a direct result of the process broken by GUW.

The amount of business lost from this mistake is incacuable. Lack of followup and good management practices by GUW is the direct cause of my financial loss. I would encourage any individual or small business that chooses to do business with GetUWired to be aware of the lack of integrity demonstrated by them in my situation and make sure to double check their promises.
