On 10/26/2011 I was charged for gevalia coffee I did not order. On 10/31/2011 I recieved the items I was charged for. I returned said items that day, with refused written on each side of the unopened box. I contacted my credit card co. and let them know I had not ordered anything from Gevalia. One week later, I called Gevalia and spoke with an associate. He assured me they had recieved the order back and that it would take three to five business days for the credit to show up on my account. It is now 12/7/2011 and the credit is still not on my account. I have filed a complaint with the credit card co. They say they will investigate the situation. But nothing has been done by either party. This is nothing more than credit card fraud. Gevalia should be prosecuted. I am not the only person they did this to.
