GEX International
I purchased a High Performance Engine from GEX. It was installed in October of 2009. Purchased in 8/2009. The mechanic could not get the idle down lower than 22 rpm. It was leaking oil around 4 quarts every 200 miles. There was not engine power. The oil light continued to burn. The oil signal continued to sound. I called Larry, eventually had me send the engine back. I received the same engine with the same problems. This is June of 2011 and I am still trying to fix this motor. I called Larry, he said he wanted test again on the engine. He said he would pay what the warranty says, that ends up to be around $350 on a $2000.00 engine repair. The motor is loud, has not speed, leaks oil all over and is just crap. The motor is junk. I do not know how he stays in business.
